Local Beef and Pork
Prices: $5.00 per pound (cut, wrapped & delivered)
We are working with several local ranches to offer local beef by the quarter to our Farm to Friends members. Local cows forage on natural mountain grasses and rich Oregon hay.
If you are interested in purchasing a quarter or a side of beef, please fill out the form below and we will contact you regarding pricing & delivery times. Orders will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The current delivery times are approximately 2 weeks after you place your order. We will pick your beef up at the butcher and deliver it directly to your door.
The weights and sizes of cows vary. Prices are based on "hanging weight" Hanging weight is the weight of the beef after it has been field dressed but before it has been aged, cut, packaged and frozen. This weight measurement is required by the USDA because we are not selling individual retail cuts but instead are selling by the quarter, half, or whole animal.
